Crusher rolls is a new type machine for crushing of the soy-bean, peanut, and other granular oil-bearing crops, before they are extracted. The crushing of the granular oil-bearing crop can remarkably improve the calendering blank effect, ensuring the blank piece quality, improving oil yield and productivity, the crushing granularity even, with low electricity, small floor space, compact structure, convenient in operation.

It is a hydraulic rolling mill by using hydraulic guide roller, with great pressure between the rollers, the blank sheet is thin and even. Using magnetic cleaning device can avoid dropping metal sheet from the tunnel into the rollers, and damage the machine parts. The electric control system has equipped with a low position alarming device.

The machines are used for flaking the rapeseed, sesame seed into thinner pieces, increasing their surface area, decreasing the thickness for absorbing the moisture and heat and more oils will be extracted. The machines can also be used for flaking the copra, peanut, soybean and cottonseeds, but they should be shelled and crashed before flaking.
